We landed in Amsterdam around 2am Sunday morning our time. We made our way to our temporary floating home, took a brief nap, then headed out to the Vincent Van Gogh museum. Now we are having a bite to eat, 26 hours since we woke up…. yesterday, today? Idk.
We found a tiny restaurant The Pantry, traditional Dutch food. We are having bread and herbed butter. Shrimp croquettes, a light sea bass and the most creamy mashed potatoes ever.
